Good food and service at a reasonable price

I was at this Sunset Grill recently and was quite impressed with the cleanliness, quality of food and service. Staff were extremely polite and on the ball. I have been to many other sunset locations however this one stood out from amongst them all. The manager(s) at this location are doing a great job in running this place. Thank you and keep it up.

Great service. Classic take on good solid bacon and eggs. It's the attentive staff that really captures the experience. Your coffee will never really go empty.

Fast friendly service. Bright, clean, homey ambiance. Consistent quality. Good coffee (with refills, you really can't go wrong). I look forward to breakfast here, and I might just be hooked on their home fries!

I spend more time at this sunset grill than I’d like to admit!! Absolutely love the place. Great food, great atmosphere and very friendly and hard working staff!! Always clean and very fast service. Overall a very well run location.

We ordered via UberEats and absolutely adored our breakfast. Breakfast seems like a very straightforward thing but its really not and they were spot on. My son is picky so i adjusted his kids breakfast ordered (and apologized with a note) and his breakfast came exactly how I had asked. I've worked in the hospitality industry for 10+ years and their food is yummy and customer service was great!

A great local restaurant that we found when renting a nearby condo. Fantastic breakfast, sandwiches and meals. Our waitress Corinna was the best. I had the opportunity to order my favourite corned beef hash and eggs, which is hard to find. Highly recommend this place.

Burger was very tasty. Wasn't impressed by the "fries" (deep fried wedges), but the overall experience is positive. Friendly staff. Added after reading response from the owner: I really appreciate your reply that proves how serious you are about your business. Thank you for providing background about the fries. It is exactly as you said - it's subjective. Everything else was great. When I come next time (and I will), I'll get a different side so no problem on my end... ;o)

Absolutely in love with this place. I’m a regular customer and I’ve never been disappointed by the quality of the food and service. The organic yogurt that they serve is really good, basically as everything on the menu. Fruit is always fresh, French toasts are soft and tasty.

Nice family restaurant, a bit pricey for the quality of restaurant. You have to seat yourself and wait in line to pay when u are finished eating. Paid $22 for eggs benny's with tomatoes instead of home fries, a tea, and a small grapefruit juice.

Sunset grill has always been a great cheap eats breakfast joint. Even when there’s a wait, they’re attentive to get you seated and don’t rush you once yours sitting down.Staff are friendly and good at topping up that important cup of coffee.It’s great to see from their website that there finding creative ways to offer vegan options. I stuck with the basics (on this photo day). A good note for toast, ask for peanut butter packs for that extra protein kick. Tip: Their payment line here can get a little long if you’re using card. Don’t leave it to the last minute if you have to run.

One of the best sunset grills I’ve been too. Staff is always friendly at every visit and the food is always great! Plus very generous portions for the price!

Place is nice and clean, staff is attentive and polite. Parking is horrible in front but that's not their fault, park downstairs, it's free. Staff and kitchen are fast, one of the few places that you can be in and out in under a hour, if you are in for brunch during a work day lets say.

I like this restaurant a lot—food is great and service is solid. However, due to the changes in parking enforcement here, I will not be returning, unless I walk there in the summer. I've frequented this establishment often and I wanted to stop by today for breakfast, but was reminded of the $95 ticket I got the last time (everyone in the lost received a ticket, even those who paid at the machine beforehand), and I won't make that mistake again. Sorry Sunset Grill, but thanks to Impark, you've lost my business (and so has Metro). Such a shame.I appreciate the response from the restaurant, but you haven't read my message. It doesn't matter if you get register for parking (which I did the last time I was there), Impark is still fining people. So I won't be returning unfortunately.

Wonderful Breakfast place. Delicious! Server Corinna is a very Nice and Humble person. She checked if I am alright and gave me warm water to drink, as and when I came shivering early in the morning after Scuba Diving in the Bone Freezing cold waters of Lake Ontario at LakeShore. Great understanding she has. She is an Asset to your shop as well as Sunset Grill. Give her a Big round of Applaud 😊👍👌

Very nice place but disappointed on the food. Im expecting a better food than dennys because the price is a bit high. Maybe i was just expecting more on my first time. The place is really clean and nice. Service is really good though the place is not busy at all . if there will be a chance i will try it again.

Awesome Sunset Grill location near the lake! Fast, fresh food. Friendly service. Clean and bright. Must try the pancakes...and the bacon....and the waffles....and the well you get the point!

I have been coming to this location for 3 years faithfully. The reason why I continuously return is because the owners and staff are welcoming, friendly and always treat me with the utmost respect. It does get very busy and I can tell it would be hard for any team to keep up with but honestly, I’ve never experienced any impatience or bad customer service. Kudos to this Sunset Grill location for your continued dedication and commitment to quality food and service.

Really nice location and great service. Food was better than you'd expect for a franchise although I do understand what another review said when they described the coffee as being burnt. All in all, one of the better Sunset Grills that I've been to.

Good, but the breakfasts I have had here are always on the salty side, and they don't have any dairy free milk options for coffee. I would frequent this place more often if these things were corrected, as I live nearby and it would be super convenient for me. There is a metro right across the street where they could easily grab a container of coconut, cashew, soy, or almond milk from. Staff are really nice.

This is an all day breakfast place. It closes at 3 pm. I had the toasted western and I enjoyed it. The atmosphere is clean, new opening at an advantageous spot. Just at the corner of Lakeshore and Parklawn. There is alot of dining space. Highly recommended.

Nice staff, amazing omelets and coffee. If they add fruit in their omelets that would be amazing😊
